随着叶片长度的增加，转子叶片的精加工工艺变得日益重要。为充分保护转子叶片表面，生产末端会使用腻子材料填补细微不平整处。凭借数十年来在多种材料计量与混合领域的丰富经验，DOPAG开发出专用的puttymix系统，可精准计量并混合高粘度差异的双组分填料。该系统支持通过针阀实现加速剂的高速注入，同时该计量混合系统也可用于涂覆孔隙填充剂。
