灌注-定量灌注树脂

 DOPAG compomix: solvent-free epoxy dispensing system

转子叶片或飞机机翼必须能够承受极端负荷，具备超高强度和刚度。采用灌注工艺，可以确保内部组件获得最佳内聚力。这涉及使用灌注树脂浸渍纤维半产品。

为此，首先应将干燥的纤维材料置于开口式模具中。随后准备真空罐引入灌注树脂。将灌注管和阀门连接到真空罐上。然后将灌注管直接连接到定量系统，由定量系统输送树脂材料至模具中。灌注可以直接进行，也可以通过缓冲罐进行，其中缓冲罐可以确保恒定的灌注树脂流量。德派定量系统eldomix或 compomix能够按照客户的要求对材料进行配比混合。
